"You have bewitched me body and soul,

and I love, I love, I love you. I never wish to be parted from you from this day on."
That is one of my favorite quotes ever.
Jane Austen is pure genius. I am currently reading her famous Pride and Prejudice. I have seen both movies, the 5 hour version and the 2 hour version, and adore them both. I do think the 5 hour version gives much more detail. Endure the length and rent that one is my advice. I think I read books so I can get lost in someone else's life. Ya feel me? I don't know much of anyone who likes to read much anymore. All the youth I know rarely keep a book with them. I used to be that way, but I have changed and now almost always have a book in my hands. I highly recommend for you to buy this book, or at least borrow it from a friend. The vocabulary is a little challenging, but luckily they have books with Classic Literature Glossarys in the back. If the first quote did not lure you in, maybe this one will do the trick.

Mr. Darcy:
Miss Elizabeth. I have struggled in vain and I can bear it no longer.
These past months have been a torment.
I came to Rosings with the single object of seeing you... I had to see you.
I have fought against my better judgment, my family's expectations,
the inferiority of your birth by rank and circumstance.
All these things I am willing to put aside and ask you to end my agony.

Elizabeth Bennet:
 I don't understand.

Mr. Darcy:
 I love you.

That makes my heart melt.
Go forth my followers, fall in love with Jane Austen.

  1. The only 'Pride and Prejudice' I've seen is that musical. Ha. I seems like a really mushy gushy, romantic book, yeah?
